We are seeking a Systems Administrator who will provide support for the implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems. The role manages IT system infrastructure and related processes. Responsibilities include day‑to‑day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for client/server, storage, network devices, and mobile devices. The administrator handles Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution, and provides escalation communication to agency management and internal customers.

Additionally, the role supports the dispatch system and hardware troubleshooting, configures and manages UNIX and Windows operating systems, installs and loads operating system software, troubleshoots and maintains integrity, and configures network components while implementing operating system enhancements to improve reliability and performance.

A current Top‑Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.

Ten (10) years of experience as a Systems Administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity, with a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) additional years of Systems Administrator experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

The expected salary range for this position is $175,000 – $235,000, depending on education and experience. The role also includes comprehensive benefits described below.
