Amentum is seeking a System Administrator 2 to provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems. Provides support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers.
Essential Responsibilities- Senior Tier level ticket support for one of the PKI Tool
- Providing troubleshooting support for end users having issues with various PKI tools
- Testing new PKI tool releases
- Testing new compliance guidance per the functionality of the PKI tools
- Basic understanding of Window desktop tools and Linux command line functions
- Reviewing and updating documentation and SOPs
- Understanding of using a ticketing system and navigating confluence pages
- Needs a good understand of Windows and Linux as an end user
TS/SCI Poly
Minimum Education- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
- In lieu of a bachelor's degree, five (5) additional years of work-related experience may be substituted for a total of twelve (15) years.
- Ten (10) years’ experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
- Compliance with DoD 8570.01-M with a minimum certification of IAT Level II is required.
$150,000 - $160,000
