This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Annapolis Junction, MD, offering cleared and uncleared IT opportunities across multiple projects. Team members may design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, including cabling, routing, switching, and related hardware. Daily responsibilities can include configuring and administering systems, monitoring network performance, and applying security best practices to protect sensitive data. Personnel troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and document configurations and procedures.
Depending on assignment and clearance level, individuals may support government and commercial clients, participate in system integration efforts, and contribute to the planning and deployment of new technologies.
- Strong foundational knowledge in Information Technology, including operating systems, hardware, and enterprise environments.
- Skills in Network Administration and network infrastructure design, configuration, and maintenance.
- Experience with troubleshooting complex technical issues across networks, systems, or applications.
- Understanding of Network Security principles, tools, and best practices to safeguard systems and data.
- Customer Service skills to support end users, communicate technical information clearly, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
- Ability to work on‑site in Annapolis Junction, MD, and support both cleared and uncleared assignments as required.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Security+, Cisco, or similar) and prior experience in government or defense environments are highly beneficial.
- Strong documentation, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities, with a commitment to continuous learning and adapting to new technologies.
