USA Lead/UAT Lead
We are seeking an experienced UAT Lead with strong expertise in Agile methodologies, business analysis, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and delivering high-quality solutions across diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including Program Increment planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to define Epics, Features, and User Stories.
- Conduct requirements elicitation, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies for functional and non-functional testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression, smoke, and performance testing.
- Perform API testing using tools like Postman and ReadyAPI to validate data flows and integrations.
- Utilize tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops, and Client TFS for project tracking and test management.
- Lead process improvement initiatives, including gap analysis and business process reengineering.
- Mentor and guide business analysts to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing clear documentation and presentations.
Required Skills
Qualifications:
Experience:
7 years in Scrum Master, Business Analysis, and Quality Assurance roles.
Technical Proficiency:
- Jira, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops, Client TFS
- API Testing (Postman, Swagger)
- SQL (Intermediate), XML, JSON, YAML
- Familiarity with .NET, C, and Visual Basic environments
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Expertise in UAT Testing, functional and non-functional testing methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Competencies:
Manual Testing Processes and Management Experience (Years): 8-10
