• Serve as the technical lead for planning, deploying, and documenting the Delinea Tools Suite across the organization’s Linux environments.
• Translate security and operational requirements into effective privileged access and secrets‑management solutions.
• Design deployment strategies, ensure alignment with the mission’s architecture, and maintain comprehensive documentation to support sustainment, audits, and future expansion.
• Perform system administration tasks including installation, configuration, and support of COTS/GOTS/FOSS software in large‑scale Linux environments.
• Integrate Linux systems with authentication and directory services (LDAP, Active Directory, FreeIPA) and IAM solutions.
• Provide guidance on enterprise systems, authentication pipelines, and service‑level troubleshooting.
• Apply IaC principles and automation tools such as Ansible and Salt Stack for infrastructure management.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor of Science.
• Experience:
  
  20+ years of related experience in Linux systems engineering and privileged‑access management.
• Security clearance:
  Active TS/SCI with Polygraph (required).
• Required skills:
  • Proficiency with Linux CLI and Linux tool suite.
  • Experience developing Bash/Python scripts for automation.
  • Strong Linux systems engineering background (RHEL, Rocky, CentOS, Ubuntu).
  • Hands‑on experience deploying at least one Delinea product (Secret Server, Privilege Manager, Dev Ops Secrets Vault, or related tools).
  • Ability to produce clear, accurate documentation for architecture, configuration, and operational processes.
  • Knowledge of identity and access management concepts, PAM solutions, least‑privilege principles, and secure configuration guidelines.
  • Experience integrating Linux systems with IAM services.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills for enterprise systems, authentication pipelines, and service‑level troubleshooting.
  • Experience with IaC principles and automation tools such as Ansible and Salt Stack.
  • Familiarity with API‑driven integrations and secrets management in CI/CD workflows.
  • Understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker, Podman, and associated secret‑handling patterns.
• Desired skills:
  • Experience with the Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence).
  • Experience in cybersecurity engineering roles or within compliance‑driven environments (STIGs, NIST, ISO, etc.).

The likely salary range for this position is $193,800 - $262,200. Salary will be set based on experience, geographic location, and contractual requirements and may fall outside this range.
