System Administrator

System Administrator 1 – Responsibilities

• Provide Tier1 (Help Desk) and Tier2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution.
• Support the implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
• Manage IT system infrastructure and related processes.
• Perform day‑to‑day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices and related hardware.
• Support the dispatch system and resolve hardware issues.
• Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems, install and maintain OS software, troubleshoot, ensure integrity and configure network components.

• Strong understanding of Windows and Linux as an end user.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience as a System Administrator on programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited institution, or twelve (12) years of combined education and work experience (five (5) years of work plus seven (7) additional years).
• Compliance with DoD
  8570.01‑M, holding at least IAT LevelII certification.
• TS/SCI Poly clearance required.

$130,000 – $160,000.
