Hiring:
Delivery Manager / Program Manager
Location:
Maryland (100% Onsite)
We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager / Program Manager to lead enterprise technology projects and application delivery initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project delivery, Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and cross-functional team leadership.
Required Skills- 10+ years of IT experience with 4+ years in Delivery/Project Management
- Experience managing enterprise application development and software delivery projects
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and SDLC
- Expertise in project planning, risk management, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication
- Experience with Jira, Azure Dev Ops, or similar project management tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile Certification
- Exposure to Java, .NET, Cloud, or Dev Ops
- Experience leading digital transformation or modernization initiatives
