Senior Business Systems Manager

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day Net Suite administration and operations, including managing both internal and external support staff.
• Identify and implement improvements to existing configurations, workflows, and module utilization.
• Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and IT to gather requirements, document functional specifications, and deliver scalable ERP solutions.
• Lead end-to-end ERP migration and integration projects for acquired entities, including project planning, stakeholder communication, data migration, and post-go-live support.
• Administer and optimize connected financial systems including One Stream and Expensify.
• Maintain SOX compliant controls, documentation, and audit trails across all managed systems.

• 7+ years in business systems or ERP administration, including 3+ years as a hands-on Net Suite Administrator in a mid-to-large-scale environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
• Strong finance/accounting knowledge.
• Fluent in Net Suite's Inventory and Manufacturing modules.
• Working knowledge of ITGC controls, SOX compliance frameworks, and formal change management processes, ideally in a publicly traded company.
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity and competing priorities in a high-growth, publicly traded technology company where processes are still maturing.
• Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
