Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Clinical Analyst to join our team for our Clinical Data Exchange team to support new source integrations and ongoing data operations.

Flat File Clinical Analyst Interop Consultant (Flat File).

• Production Support:
  Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve operational file processing issues.
• Data Analysis:
  Analyze large data sets to identify data quality issues.
• Issue Resolution:
  Engage with data and business teams to correct data issues.
• Documentation:
  Create and maintain technical documentation for troubleshooting procedures.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with development, infrastructure, and clinical teams to resolve complex issues.
• Clinical Knowledge:
  Have in-depth knowledge of clinical data entities (Lab, RX, Procedures, Problems, Observations) and canonical code systems (ICD, CPT, SNOMED, LOINC, CVX, NDC/RXNorm).

• 5-8 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of clinical data concepts and use cases.
• Knowledge of HEDIS measures.
• Experience with production support in healthcare IT environments.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Understanding of healthcare workflows and clinical documentation.
• Experience with monitoring tools and incident management systems.
• Proven expertise in healthcare data quality assessment and validation methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree.

• Python scripting experience.
• Snowflake and MS SQL query development.
• Knowledge of HL7 data formats (CCDA, FHIR).
