We are seeking a System Engineer Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) Administrator to serve as the SME for on premise identity and Access Management (IAM) platform which, in this case, is MIM (Microsoft Identity Manager). This role focuses on ensuring data integrity across disparate internal systems, maintaining the health of the MIM sync engine and managing the full lifecycle of internal identities without external cloud dependencies.

• Direct oversight of the MIM Synchronization Service including configuration of Management Agents (MAs) like AD, SQL, file-based extensions and LDAP sources.
• Understanding the "Joner-Mover-Leaver" process to ensure automated provisioning and de-provisioning across the internal network.
• Maintaining Synchronization rules and attribute flow within the MIM Portal and Sync Engine.
• Debugging custom DLLs using C#/.NET for complex logic that cannot be handled by standard rules.
• Conducting regular audits to ensure identity data in the Metaverse matches authoritative sources and downstream sources.

A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.

Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

• Fourteen (14) years experience as an SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity.
• CWIP/C2Q Level II required within 90 days of start date.
• MS Identity Management (MIM) Tasks.
• OS/DB Patching/Maintenance.
• App Patching/Upgrades.
• Configuration Changes.
• Troubleshooting/correction/restore as needed.
• Maintain Data Integrity.
• Maintain Data Flow.
• MIM/FIM Knowledge (MIM 2016 or FIM 2010 R2).
• Advanced Power Shell - using MIMWAL and Power Shell for administration.
• SQL Server Administration knowledge.
• Windows Server Infrastructure general knowledge of AD DS, DNS, Group Policy.
• C#/.NET - Ability to write and maintain custom code for Rules Extensions and workflow activities.
• Ability to handle flat file integrations.
• MS SQL knowledge.
• Strong SQL query script writing skillsets.

• Experience or familiarity with Microsoft Entra  (formerly Azure AD) or other identity solutions.

Erias Ventures provides a complete package of wealth, health, and happiness benefits. The expected salary range for this position, depending on education and years of experience is $200,000 - $220,000.
