Overview

CDW Campus Interns play a key role at their university, bridging CDW, IT departments, and university administration to enhance students’ technology experience. The program offers flexible, on‑campus work with 6‑week paid training, mentorship, and ongoing learning opportunities.

• Serve as liaison between CDW Sales team, the university, and Fortune 500 technology partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers across various campus departments.
• Research technology trends and identify opportunities for CDW to add strategic value.
• Educate customers on CDW partnership and highlight the value offered to the university.

• Vendor‑sponsored events
• Regular conference calls

• Sophomore or junior enrolled in an undergraduate program at the specified university.
• Effective problem‑solving skills, analytical aptitude, and ability to learn quickly.
• Strong organization and time‑management skills for independent work.
• Professional and effective communication with all organizational levels.
• Availability to work on campus 15–25 hours per week during standard business hours, year‑round.
• Authorized to work in the United States; H1‑B, TN, etc. sponsorship not available.
• Hourly compensation of $15.85.

Hourly pay of $15.85 with 6‑week paid training and ongoing mentorship.
