We are seeking a System Administrator who provides support for the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems. The role manages IT system infrastructure and related processes, supports day‑to‑day operations, monitors systems, and resolves problems for client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, and other hardware. It includes Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) support, escalation communication to agency management, and assistance with the dispatch system.

The Administrator will configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems, install and load operating system software, troubleshoot, maintain system integrity, and configure network components to improve reliability and performance.

A current Top‑Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.

Ten (10) years of experience as a System Administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required, plus a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university. Five (5) years of additional System Administration experience may substitute for the bachelor’s degree.
