Rad Net seeks an IT Operations Field Specialist to support desktop deployment and ongoing IT functionality across sites. You will install, relocate, configure, and maintain PCs and software following established standards, with strong emphasis on Windows, macOS and mobile OS support.
You will collaborate with SMEs, manage inventory, track shipments, and liaise between IT and branch sites on projects, maintaining security and reliability throughout the environment.
