Advanced Behavioral Health, Inc. is looking for an IT Liaison & Purchasing Coordinator to join our team in our Frederick, MD corporate office. The IT Liaison & Purchasing Coordinator is responsible for organizing and coordinating a variety of office needs including technology and equipment support, inventory management, and purchasing, ensuring that all aspects run smoothly.

Location:Frederick, MD - This is an on-site, in-office position.
Position Status:Full-time, Non-Exempt, Hourly
Compensation:$20.50 - $25.00 per hour.
OfficeHours:
Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Some flexibility in hours is available.
Duties and Responsibilities:IT and Office Support
- Serve as the first point of contact for all day-to-day technology and equipment/machine support needs within all offices.
- Coordinate with external IT providers to elevate and resolve technical issues.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees, including equipment setup, account coordination, and technology provisioning.
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, printers, and other office equipment, as needed.
- Technology liaison in coordinating all IT software vendors, IT maintenance and project related activity.
- ABH cell phone setup, support, and asset maintenance.
- Ring Central point of contact for employee setup, troubleshooting, and support.
- Maintain accurate records of company technology assets, assigned equipment, and user access, including employee directories and distribution lists.
- Assist with software, hardware, and technology deployments and upgrades.
- Help develop and maintain basic IT procedures, documentation, and user guides.
- Promote appropriate use of company technology and support basic cybersecurity and technology best practices.
- ABH Info Email monitoring and distributions.
- Travel to sites and/or vendor location, as needed.
- Purchase office supplies for all ABH office locations, placing and tracking orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Obtain quotes, compare options, and make purchasing recommendations based on cost, quality, and business needs, keeping within site budgets.
- Maintain purchasing records, receipts, invoices, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding orders, warranties, repairs, returns, and service issues.
- Collaborate with Site Directors and department leads to handle and resolve inventory needs within a timely manner.
- Maintain inventory and asset lists, auditing periodically to ensure appropriate levels of stock on hand.
- Coordinating office celebrations and meetings including food orders, decorations, notifications to staff, etc.
- Responsible for ordering/printing company business cards.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong customer services, data entry, administrative skills.
- Possess effective people skills and can communicate effectively with patients, staff, human resources and clinical directors.
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot issues with standard office equipment and software, including but not limited to, computers, telephone systems, copiers, etc.
- Able to work flexible hours.
- Can work independently and with a team.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
