OF​/CI Site Logistics Manager

KGO is seeking an experienced OFCI Site Logistics Manager to support a large-scale hyperscale data center construction project in Frederick, MD, and Jackson MS. This is a full-time, 100% on-site role (5 days per week) supporting a major hyperscaler in a fast‑paced, mission‑critical construction environment.

This role requires direct experience managing Owner‑Furnished, Contractor‑Installed (OFCI) MEP equipment on active construction sites. Candidates without hands‑on OFCI MEP experience will not be considered.

The OFCI Site Logistics Manager serves as the critical link between owner‑procured MEP equipment and contractor installation
. You will own the logistics lifecycle for major infrastructure components—ensuring materials arrive on time, are properly stored, and are installation‑ready to keep construction schedules on track.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on‑site, understands the realities of hyperscale construction schedules, and knows how to manage logistics when delays are not an option.

• Manage end‑to‑end logistics for owner‑furnished MEP equipment from procurement through installation
• Coordinate delivery schedules with vendors, suppliers, and General Contractors to align with construction milestones
• Oversee on‑site receiving, warehousing, inventory control, and storage operations
• Ensure OFCI materials (e.g., AHUs, Fan Walls, electrical gear) are damage‑free, tracked, and installation‑ready
• Resolve logistics challenges including damaged goods, missed deliveries, and last‑minute schedule changes
• Track shipments, inventory, and purchase orders using ERP / logistics management systems
• Maintain compliance with site safety standards and OSHA requirements
• Act as the on‑site liaison between the owner, vendors, and construction teams
• Manage third‑party logistics (3PL) providers and carriers
• Implement process improvements to improve material flow and reduce schedule risk

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or materials management
• Direct, hands‑on experience with OFCI MEP equipment on construction projects
• Proven experience supporting data center, mission‑critical, industrial, or hyperscale construction
• Strong background in construction site logistics (not warehouse‑only roles)
• Familiarity with ERP / TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, Trimble, etc.)
• Working knowledge of OSHA and active construction site safety protocols
• Ability and willingness to work 100% on‑site in Berwick, PA (Monday–Friday)

• Experience specifically supporting hyperscale data center clients
• Familiarity with critical MEP infrastructure logistics (AHUs, Fan Walls, electrical equipment, etc.)
• Experience working with accelerated or fast‑track construction schedules
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field
• Certifications such as CLTD, CSCP, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proactive problem‑solver who anticipates logistics risks
• Strong communicator able to coordinate across owners, GCs, and vendors
• Safety‑focused and solutions‑oriented
• Fast‑paced, schedule‑critical environment
• On‑site presence required five days per week
