Position Summary
RBCI is seeking experienced Logistics Analyst IV Logistics Assistance Representative, Medical Liaison Support (LNO) to facilitate the delivery of medical sustainment technical guidance to supported units while maintaining close coordination with PEOS, PM SMD, other MED Life Cycle Management Command (LCMC) liaisons, local stakeholders, and local support agencies.
This position is contingent upon contract award.

Travel RequirementsUp to 50% annually, CONUS and OCONUS.
Duties & Responsibilities- Enhance product workflow by performing logistics tasks that affect production, procurement, distribution, inventory and property management.
- Oversee Class VIII re-supply requirements and develop resource estimates.
- Collaborate with units, medical treatment facilities, and logistics commands to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in fielding missions, including infrastructure setup and materiel handling.
- Manage documentation such as Mission Support Plans, handoff records, and archive agreements.
- Maintain databases of logistics information. Interpret data on logistics elements, such as availability, maintainability, reliability, supply chain management, strategic sourcing or distribution, supplier management, and transportation.
- Performs data input, reconciling document registers with applicable databases, provides reports and related data outputs as requested.
- Performs systems and process analysis based on receiving reports, situation/progress reports, lessons learned, and after-action reviews.
- Provides inventory management for special property and equipment. Confers with logistics management teams to optimize support, maintain supply chain efficiency, or minimize cost.
- Utilizes available resources to create and maintain reports for management.
- Resolves data discrepancies using problem solving skills.
- Works with various systems to gather, collect and manipulate data to format into reports.
- Familiar with standard logistics concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of manual labor tasks.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between Army units, vendors, and logistics providers.
- Coordinate the procurement, distribution, and delivery of medical supplies, equipment, and pharmaceuticals.
- Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries while resolving any supply chain disruptions.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Work closely with healthcare professionals to assess supply needs and adjust procurement strategies accordingly.
- Monitor product recalls, expiration dates, and quality control standards for all medical supplies.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including FDA, HIPAA, and OSHA standards.
- Provide training and support to staff regarding logistics procedures and inventory management.
- Analyze logistics data to identify cost‑saving opportunities and improve efficiency.
- Support emergency response planning by ensuring the availability of critical medical supplies.
- This individual demonstrates a proactive approach to their work, anticipating potential challenges and addressing them. They possess a strong sense of ownership and accountability, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard. They can independently manage their responsibilities, effectively prioritizing and organizing their workload without the need for direct oversight.
- Minimum of 7‑8 years in medical logistics, supply chain management, or a related field within the healthcare industry.
- Must have an active Secret security clearance.
- Must be able to travel up to 50% annually, CONUS and OCONUS.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare supply chain operations and regulations.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Army logistics, supply chain, and inventory management software and logistics tracking tools.
