Position: Logistics Analyst III (Team Lead)

Overview

ERP International is seeking a Logistics Analyst III with Secret Clearance for full‑time positions in support of PM Soldier Medical Devices Material Fielding services, operated out of Fort Detrick, MD.

Pay Range: $62,000 - $78,000. The salary range for this position is determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, skill level, and location. The final salary offer will be commensurate with the candidate’s background and the specific demands of the role.

Responsibilities

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 9 hours including lunch. Flexibility to meet mission requirements required. Frequent travel required.

Job Specific Position Duties:
The duties include, but are not limited to, supervising, leading, coordinating, facilitating, and managing the operations of military medical Materiel Fielding activities and operations of logistics analyst staff in performance of fielding activities across the globe. The Contractor shall:

  • Provide support to PM‑SMD Fielding Missions.
  • Interface with Fielding Commands to provide advice on fielding strategies and procedures. Prepare and present related briefings.
  • Plan and coordinate the movement of equipment packages to gaining unit locations.
  • Conduct on‑site coordination with gaining commands/units to accomplish inventories of equipment packages and to accomplish transfer of assets.
  • Distribute and file all supporting fielding documentation in appropriate filing system directory.
  • Direct post‑fielding follow‑up to ensure that the gaining unit receives all items of equipment.
  • Execute all Materiel Fielding missions efficiently and in compliance with all regulatory guidance.
  • Perform frequent travel.
  • Perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education:

    Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience; knowledge of military logistics systems; proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience:

    3+ years relevant experience; valid state driver’s license.
  • Physical: must be able to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds; frequent standing, walking, bending for extended periods of time.
  • Security:
    Must possess ability to obtain and maintain a Government security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6+ years relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience managing people and equipment.
  • Active Secret clearance.
  • Military background.
