Production Center Parts​/Supply Associate

Car Max's Frederick Production Center seeks a Parts/Supply Associate to support efficient vehicle reconditioning and retail operations. In this role, you'll receive, stock, and track automotive parts and supplies, verify orders and inventory accuracy, and ensure technicians and production teams have the right parts on time. You'll use inventory systems, follow safety and quality procedures, and assist with vendor coordination and parts returns.

Responsibilities

• Receive, label, and stock incoming automotive parts and supplies
• Pick and deliver parts to technicians and production teams on time
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and perform regular cycle checks
• Use inventory and ordering systems to track stock levels and status
• Verify purchase orders, shipments, and returns with vendors
• Organize stockroom and parts storage areas for efficient access
• Follow safety, quality, and housekeeping standards in all tasks
• Collaborate with production and service teams to meet workflow needs
• Assist with parts returns, core tracking, and warranty documentation
• Support continuous improvement and cost-control initiatives
