A rapidly growing life sciences manufacturing organization seeking a Director of Supply Chain to lead end-to-end supply chain operations at a GMP-regulated manufacturing site.
This role will oversee Planning, Procurement, Warehousing, Logistics, and Order Fulfillment while serving as a key member of the Site Leadership Team. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, lead the S&OP process, and ensure alignment across manufacturing, quality, finance, and commercial functions.

This role will oversee Planning, Procurement, Warehousing, Logistics, and Order Fulfillment while serving as a key member of the Site Leadership Team. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, lead the S&OP process, and ensure alignment across manufacturing, quality, finance, and commercial functions.
- Lead all site supply chain activities including planning, procurement, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution.
- Own and drive the S&OP process, balancing demand, supply, capacity, service, and inventory objectives.
- Develop and execute production and material plans to support manufacturing operations.
- Partner closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals through direct-report managers.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on service, inventory optimization, and operational efficiency.
- Support supply chain activities across multiple manufacturing locations.
- 10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience.
- Experience with in pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences, or other GMP-regulated manufacturing environments.
- Strong background in planning, procurement, warehouse and distribution.
- Proven S&OP ownership and demand/supply planning expertise.
- Experience leading teams and developing high-performing organizations.
- ERP experience required; SAP and SAP IBP experience highly preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Visible leadership role with direct impact to site performance.
