Support materiel fielding activities through planning, coordination, inventory management, data analysis, and onsite execution support. The Logistics Analyst II assists in pre-fielding, fielding, and post-fielding activities while ensuring accurate documentation, accountability, and compliance with Army logistics policies and procedures. This is an onsite position in Frederick, MD.

Contingent Upon Contract Award

The essential and specific functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Assist with execution of materiel fielding and sustainment operations.
• Collect, analyze, and validate logistics data supporting fielding missions.
• Support inventories, issue operations, turn-ins, and asset accountability functions.
• Review shipping documentation, packing lists, and property records for accuracy.
• Coordinate materiel movement and distribution activities with fielding teams and stakeholders.
• Assist with development and maintenance of fielding schedules, trackers, and reports.
• Validate equipment records and identify discrepancies requiring corrective action.
• Support customer engagements and provide operational updates during fielding events.
• Assist in preparation of After Action Reports (AARs) and mission documentation.
• Maintain compliance with applicable Army regulations, policies, and quality requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field; equivalent experience may be substituted.
• Minimum 3 years of logistics, supply chain, property accountability, or materiel fielding experience.
• Working knowledge of Army logistics and property accountability processes.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Ability to analyze logistical data and identify trends or discrepancies.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in dynamic environments supporting field operations.
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 25 pounds.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Ability to travel as required in support of fielding operations.
