$15.00/hr – $22.00/hr

• Guaranteed weekly pay
• Non‑drivers start at 18% of weekly revenue; drivers at 19% (equivalent to $15–$22/hr)
• Wage increases 1% annually
• 5 days vacation per year after 1 year of employment
• Transportation, uniforms, and cleaning supplies provided
• Flexible scheduling based on incoming work orders

• Minimum 1 year of home cleaning experience
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Full availability on weekends and after 3:00 PM on weekdays
• Valid driver’s license
• Valid Social Security Number
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Bilingual preferred (must communicate minimally with clients)

• Mop, vacuum, dust, and complete housekeeping tasks
• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards
• Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure supplies are loaded in the vehicle
• Communicate effectively with customers and demonstrate care for their homes
• Serve as a team builder, follow directions and direct others as needed
• Mentor staff and perform quality control inspections
• Interface with customers to address concerns and provide exceptional service
• Demonstrate an excellent work ethic, attention to detail, and flexibility as a team player
