Maintenance Mechanic I​/II- Nights

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining critical process equipment such as bioreactors, centrifuges, purification processing skids, purification columns, glass washers, and autoclaves. You will perform essential mechanical maintenance activities including valve rebuilds, pump rebuilds, agitator maintenance, motor pump replacement/alignment, and heat exchanger repairs. Your expertise in mechanical maintenance will ensure the smooth operation of these systems.

• Capable of performing work in the mechanical, pipe fitting, or plumbing trades
• Detail oriented and able to complete any required (GxP) documentation
• Use basic hand tools
• Read, write, and utilize drawings, mathematics, and formulas
• Read mechanical schematics and piping diagrams P&IDs
• Work in a clean room environment
• Possess basic computer skills
• Communicate both orally and written in a clear manner
• Lift 50 pounds

• Level I - 0-3 years experience in manufacturing and/or mechanical maintenance
• Level II - 3-5 years experience in manufacturing and/or mechanical maintenance
• HS diploma, technical school, GED, or military training and experience in relevant field

The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $55,713.00 to $83,570.40 Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity;

eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
