The Project Manager leads design build sheet metal projects from planning through completion. This role supervises a team of 10–15 employees, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.

• Lead and supervise a team of 10–15 sheet metal professionals, keeping staff on task and accountable
• Conduct regular team meetings to review project status, goals, and safety protocols
• Coordinate design development, drawings, and renderings prior to fabrication
• Manage project schedules, manpower planning, and material flow
• Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and project specifications
• Maintain clear communication between customers, design teams, and field crews
• Address customer feedback and design changes quickly and accurately
• Monitor project budgets, cost tracking, and change orders
• Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with all company policies
• Prevent conflicts by coordinating all trades and project stakeholders
• Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to maintain high performance

• Experience managing Mechanical, commercial sheet metal or HVAC projects
• Proven leadership skills supervising a team of 10–15 employees
• Strong knowledge of design build construction processes
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to workplace safety and enforcing safety standards
