Facilitator - Leadership Development

We are seeking an experienced onsite facilitator to deliver interactive leadership and management training for frontline and mid-level leaders, including manufacturing managers
. This role focuses on strengthening leadership capability, improving team effectiveness, and driving measurable business results on the floor.

Program details—including timeframe, cadence, and facilitator utilization—will be finalized following leadership alignment meetings in mid-February.

• Facilitate in-person leadership and management training sessions
• Lead interactive discussions, exercises, and scenario-based activities
• Create an engaging, psychologically safe learning environment
• Adapt facilitation style to different leadership levels and manufacturing audiences
• Reinforce practical leadership behaviors tied to day-to-day operations
• Share observations and feedback to support program refinement

• Leadership communication, feedback, and difficult conversations
• Conflict resolution, influence, and motivation
• Strategic thinking, structured problem-solving, and decision-making
• Process improvement mindset and leading change on the floor
• Root cause analysis and scenario-based exercises
• Time management and prioritization for leaders
• Building high-performing teams, delegation, trust, and engagement
• Change management, resilience, and cross-functional collaboration

• Lower turnover through stronger engagement and recognition
• Faster conflict resolution and improved morale
• More fact-based decisions and reduced rework
• Increased productivity and leadership readiness
• Stronger collaboration across production and support teams

• Proven experience facilitating training for manufacturing managers or frontline leaders
• Experience in operational or manufacturing environments
• Skilled in interactive, participant-centered facilitation
• Ability to deliver onsite in Frederick, MD
