Full-Time Salary Range: $100,000 – $135,000 annually, based on experience, project complexity, travel requirements, and clearance eligibility.
Position Overview
Warner Mechanical, a Division of R.W. Warner, Inc., is looking to add a Project Manager to their team.
This position requires an active security clearance and will require regular travel.
ThePMis responsible for managing mechanical and plumbing construction projects from award through closeout, including projects requiring travel and security clearances. This role oversees scheduling, budgeting, field coordination, and client communication while leading project teams and ensuring safe, compliant, and profitable project execution.
- Manage the full project lifecycle, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, execution, and closeout
- Lead and coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and internal staff to meet project objectives
- Travel to project sites, including remote or secure facilities, as required by project scope
- Obtain andmaintainrequired security clearances and site access credentials
- Manage job costs, change orders, billings, forecasting, and overall project profitability
- Serve as the primary client point of contact and lead project meetings
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, safety standards, and company policies
- Provide regular project status updates to leadership
- Proven experience managing mechanical and/or plumbing construction projects
- Ability to obtain andmaintainrequired security clearances
- Willingness and ability to travel and work on-site as project needs require
- Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills
- Solid understanding of project financial management, cost control, and scheduling
- Proficiency with construction project management and scheduling software
- Combination of office, jobsite, and travel-based work environments
- May include work at secure, restricted, or remote facilities
- Leadership role requiring collaboration with clients, field teams, and internal departments
