Compensation: $120/day base + Performance Bonuses
On-Target Earnings: $60,000 – $100,000 annually

- Omari Design Build — Luxury residential custom homes and high‑end renovations, with a focus on architectural detail, craftsmanship, and turnkey delivery.
- Omari Exteriors — Insurance restoration and exterior remodeling, guiding homeowners through the full claims and rebuild process with speed and precision.

What You’ll Do as a Marketing (Canvassing) Manager- Recruit, train, and develop Field Canvassers.
- Schedule canvassing routes and assign territories strategically.
- Lead from the front – actively work in the field when needed, drive the van.
- Track service agreements, conversion rates, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with Sales Managers to ensure smooth lead handoff.
- Enforce canvassing standards, messaging, and daily accountability.
- Motivate your team to meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets.
- Maintain professionalism and represent Omari Construction with enthusiasm.
- Prior leadership experience in canvassing, door‑to‑door, or field marketing.
- Strong coaching and accountability skills.
- Data‑driven mindset with ability to track and improve performance metrics.
- High energy and willingness to work in the field alongside your team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Goal‑oriented with a competitive, results‑driven mentality.
- $120 per day base field pay.
- $200 per Service Agreement signed personally.
- $50 per Service Agreement generated by any rep in your van while working in the field.
- Average Total Compensation Target: $65,000 – $100,000 annually.
