RoofPRO, a Platinum Preferred Owens Corning Contractor, is hiring a Production & Service Coordinator to lead job execution, support crews, and ensure every client experience is seamless and high-quality.

This is a key role that bridges the gap between sales and production and your leadership will help shape everything from job scheduling to material logistics and repair efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate handoff from sales to production to ensure smooth project starts
• Manage job schedules, factoring in crew availability, weather, and material timing
• Communicate with clients to confirm schedules, set expectations, and handle updates
• Order materials and oversee delivery logistics
• Track job activity in CRM tools with precision (Hub Spot, Market Sharp, etc.)
• Lead daily team huddles and oversee in-house repair crews
• Visit job sites for quality checks, crew support, and safety enforcement
• Step in to assist with overflow customer service calls and scheduling

What You Bring

• 5+ years in roofing operations, field supervision, or project coordination Strong planning, scheduling, and multi-tasking skills
• Experience managing or supporting crews in the field
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• CRM and scheduling software proficiency (or quick to learn)
• Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and safety-minded
• Valid driver's license required
