** Senior Manager,*
* ** Preconstruction.
** Aligned Data Centers is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, Preconstruction to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimating and preconstruction management, with a proven track record of success in the data center or mission-critical facility sector.
** DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (to include, but not limited to):
** Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, construction costs, and market conditions.
** Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in construction estimating, with a focus on data centers or mission-critical facilities. Proficiency in construction cost estimating software (e.g., RSMeans, Timberline, Win Est) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, consultants, and team members. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
** COMPENSATION:*** $165k-$190k + Bonus
