Job Duties / Responsibilities- Managesemployeestoensurethatworkmeetsqualitystandardsandadherestospecifications.
Providesleadershipininitialplanningstagebycollaboratingwithclients,architects,engineers,orotherinvolvedparties;developsdetaileddescriptionofjobsandmaterialsnecessarytocompleteproject. - Schedulesandcoordinatesprojectsinlogicalstepsandbudgets,thetimenecessarytomeeteachdeadline.
- Preparesandsubmitsbudgetestimatesandregularlycommunicateswithclientsconcerningbudgetprogressandcosts.
- Ensuresadherencetothebudgetand,whenunexpectedcomplicationsorissuesarise,makesquickandnecessaryadjustments.
- Ensuressafetystandardsandguidelinesarefollowedonthejobsiteandthatallsafetycodesaremetinconstruction.
- Overseescontractnegotiations,revisions,andadditionsandadherencebyallparties.
- Collaborateswithclients,supervisorystaff,contractors,anddesignprofessionalstodiscussandresolveproblems,includingworkprocedures,complaints,andconstructionordesignissues.
- Managesandleadsactionsthatarenecessaryduetodelays,badweather,oremergenciesatconstructionsites.
- Developsandmaintainsgoodworkingrelationshipswithavarietyofpeople,includingowners,managers,designers,supervisors,tradespersons,andcraftworkers.
- Performsotherrelateddutiesasassigned.
- 3yearsofworkandtrainingexperienceinaleadershiproleintheconstructionindustryorrelatedindustry.
- Demonstratedleaderwithprovendependabilitytosupportcompanypolicies.
- Thoroughunderstandingofengineering,architectural,andotherconstructiondrawings.
- Mustbeaself-motivatorandteamleader.
- Excellentverbalandwrittenskillstoeffectivelycommunicatewithstakeholders.
- Provenexperienceexercisingindependentjudgmentinperformingandexecutingdutiesbothindependentlyandwithothers.
- Excellent organizational,interpersonal,andcommunicationskills(bothwrittenandoral).
- Taskoriented,organizedandisa“roll‑up‑your sleeves”,handsonleaderandteamplayer.
- Mustbeabletoprioritizeassignment,multi‑tasktomeetdeadlines,bedependablewithconsistentattentiontodetail.
- Effectivelistener.
- Coolunderpressureespeciallyduringpeakworkloadtimesandtightdeadlines.
- Valid Driver'sLicenseandcleandrivingrecord.
