Our client is seeking an experienced Associate Director - Accreditation Operations to provide operational leadership for a global accreditation program. This is a high impact role overseeing workflows, staff coordination, and process improvement initiatives that are essential to the organization's mission and success. This position partners closely with senior leadership and manages a team of program staff to ensure efficient high quality accreditation operations worldwide.
Salary - $130k-$150k

- Manage and develop a team of program staff
- Oversee scheduling, workflow tracking and operational priorities
- Drive a culture of process improvement
- Implement and optimize operational processes using Lean, Six Sigma or similar methodologies
- Bachelor's Degree in Science, Business, Organizational Leadership or a related field
- 10+ years of operational leadership experience
- 5+ years experience managing teams
- Experience managing complex workflows in scientific, compliance, research or healthcare environment
- Proven success driving process improvement and operational efficiency
