Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues, customer complaints, etc. when Store Manager is not present;
Manage store associates through LIDS Training Programs and goal setting;
Administer progressive discipline including verbal and written warnings;
Schedule and staff the store and call in associates during peaks when needed;
Assist in recruiting and training store personnel on proper store operations and procedures
