Music & Arts is seeking an Area Manager to lead 2-5 retail stores in Maryland, building and coaching a team of sales associates and teachers. You will drive sales, rentals, and lessons performance while ensuring operational standards across your district.
Reporting to the District Manager, you will own P&L for your cluster and be responsible for achieving EBITDA targets, implementing promotions, and sustaining a high-performance culture across multiple locations.
