Music & Arts, based in Frederick, MD and part of the Guitar Center enterprise, seeks an Area Manager to lead 2–5 store cluster. This leadership role focuses on building teams of sales associates and teachers to drive results in sales, rentals, and lessons, while upholding operational standards across the district.
Reporting to the District Manager, you will own P&L for your cluster, set performance targets, coach leaders, and ensure promotions and campaigns are executed.
