What You’ll Be Doing:- Leading and mentoring a team of electrical technicians
- Managing day-to-day electrical service operations
- Driving exceptional customer service and satisfaction
- Collaborating with other departments tooptimizeworkflows
- Supporting the growth and success of F.H. Furr’s electrical division
- Proven experience in home services management
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and industry best practices
