This position will support the planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of Advana-related projects and development initiatives. This position requires experience supporting data integration, analytics, and technology-driven programs within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
The Project Manager will collaborate with government and contractor personnel, technical teams, and program stakeholders to ensure project objectives, schedules, and deliverables are achieved. Working under general supervision, the incumbent assists in managing project activities, tracking progress against milestones, identifying risks, and facilitating communication among project teams to support successful program execution.
Primary Duties:- Responsible for coordinating project resources, monitoring task execution across multiple projects, and ensuring project activities align with established requirements, timelines, and performance objectives.
- Supports project planning efforts, develops status reports, tracks action items, and contributes to the successful integration of project deliverables.
- Serves as liaison between KAIROS, Inc., project sponsors, and team members, providing regular project updates, facilitating issue resolution, and supporting customer engagement activities within their assigned area of responsibility.
Qualifications:
- Experience supporting Advana-related projects, data integration efforts, analytics programs, or similar technology-focused initiatives.
- Ability to coordinate and collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups and project teams.
- Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects and managing competing priorities.
- Knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project tracking, status reporting, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong customer relations, analytics, and documentation skills
- Self-starter, highly motivated, strong work ethic with a commitment to quality
- Microsoft office suite proficiency, i.e., Word, Excel, Power Point
- Ability to work within a challenging, fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to multi-task and meet competing, deliverable deadlines
- Detail oriented
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide clear status and/or communicate issues
- Ability to adapt to evolving technology
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, data engineering, or other technical or engineering field of study.

This position is subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. In order to complete the requirements for government security clearance investigation you must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to complete the full background investigation. This position requires an Active Secret Security Clearance.
While skills, education, and experience are key factors, they are not the sole determinants of salary. Other determining factors include but are not limited to location, contract budgets and requirements, and government labor category guidelines.
