** What you will be doing:
** The EHS Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of environmental health and safety programs across two facilities in the Hunt Valley area. This role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local EH&S regulations, manages safety inspections and hazardous waste protocols, and leads training on emergency response and hazardous materials. The EHS Manager partners across departments and regulatory agencies to foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

* Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

*** Lead EH&S initiatives at two TESI locations, ensuring adherence to all applicable regulations.
* Develop, implement, and update EH&S policies and procedures, including chemical safety, ergonomics, injury prevention, and building safety.
* Ensure compliance with OSHA and local safety regulations; perform regular site audits and address discrepancies.
* Chair the Emergency Response Team (ERT) and Safety Committee.
* Investigate incidents, perform root cause analyses, and recommend corrective actions.
* Maintain all environmental and regulatory compliance permits and complete required reporting.
* Promote a safe work environment through proactive initiatives, hazard mitigation, and employee engagement.
* Track, report, and analyze EH&S metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement.
* Deliver and oversee EH&S training programs, including new hire orientation and ongoing compliance topics.
* Supervise and mentor a small EH&S team (1–2 direct reports), including performance management and development.

* Education and Experience:

*** Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of EH&S experience in a manufacturing environment.
* At least 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
** Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
*** In-depth knowledge of EH&S program design, training, auditing, and compliance.
* Proficient in assessing workplace hazards and implementing control strategies.
