Manufacturing Associate – Cell Therapy

Overview

We are seeking a Manufacturing Associate with hands-on experience in cell therapy manufacturing to support GMP production of clinical and/or commercial cell therapy products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of aseptic techniques, cell culture operations, and GMP documentation, and will thrive in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment.

• Perform GMP manufacturing operations for cell therapy products, including cell culture, expansion, harvest, formulation, and cryopreservation
• Execute manufacturing processes according to batch records, SOPs, and work instructions
• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment such as biosafety cabinets, incubators, centrifuges, bioreactors, and cryogenic systems
• Perform aseptic processing in cleanroom environments (Grade A/B/C as applicable)
• Accurately complete batch records, logbooks, and electronic documentation in compliance with GMP and ALCOA principles
• Support material preparation, media/buffer prep, and inventory management

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience)
• 1–4+ years of experience in cell therapy, gene therapy, or biologics manufacturing under GMP conditions
• Hands-on experience with cell culture techniques (primary cells, T cells, stem cells, or similar)
• Working knowledge of GMP regulations and cleanroom behavior

• Experience in autologous or allogeneic cell therapy manufacturing
• Familiarity with viral vectors, transduction, or fill/finish operations
• Experience working in 24/7 or shift-based manufacturing environments
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or holidays as needed
