Cell Therapy Manufacturing Associate

We are looking for a motivated Cell Therapy Manufacturing Associate to join our manufacturing team. This role involves hands-on work in a cGMP environment supporting the production of cell therapy products. You’ll work in clean rooms, operate cell processing equipment, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure quality and compliance.

• Perform cell therapy manufacturing activities in a cGMP cleanroom environment
• Follow batch records, SOPs, and documentation requirements
• Operate and support automated cell processing and expansion systems
• Troubleshoot process issues and support investigations as needed
• Collaborate with Quality and Manufacturing teams

• Bachelor’s degree in a science discipline or equivalent cGMP experience
• Experience in cell therapy, biologics, or GMP manufacturing
• Strong aseptic technique and cleanroom experience
• Knowledge of GMP regulations and documentation practices
• Ability to work flexible shifts (Day/Swing, 4/10 schedule)
