RF & Electronics Component Painter / Finishing Technician
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly disciplined individual to paint and finish RF and electronic components in accordance with MIL-STD processes. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on skills, a desire to learn, and a commitment to precision. Prior MIL-STD experience is a plus but not required-we are willing to train the right person.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply coatings and finishes to RF and electronic components following MIL-STD procedures
- Prepare parts for painting (cleaning, masking, inspection, handling)
- Follow documented processes with strict attention to detail and repeatability
- Perform visual inspections to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and controlled work environment
- Adhere to safety, quality, and process discipline at all times
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong commitment to process discipline and quality standards
- Manual dexterity and comfort with fine, precise work
- Ability to follow written procedures and instructions accurately

It does not include foreign persons as defined in § 120.63.
To ensure compliance with U.S. export control regulations, candidates for this position are required to undergo an Export Compliance Assessment. As part of this process, candidates may be asked to provide documentation verifying their status as "U.S. persons" or "foreign persons," in accordance with U.S. regulation, to determine whether prior authorization is required to perform specific job duties related to this position.
