A-Line Staffing is now hiring Manufacturing Technicians (Weekend Shift) in Glencoe, MD 21152.
The Manufacturing Technician would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

Manufacturing Technician Compensation- $26.86 per hour
- Benefits are available to full‑time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full‑time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- The required availability for this position is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Overtime is required as needed
- Manufacture and assemble clinical and commercial products using production equipment
- Weigh, measure, and verify raw materials to ensure proper batch formulation
- Perform in‑process testing to ensure products meet specifications
- Support validation of processes and equipment related to filtration, cleaning, and sterilization
- Prepare solutions, powders, and liquids according to batch requirements
- Handle removal and disposal of waste chemicals, solvents, and acids
- Assist with onboarding and training support for new employees or procedures
- Support supervisors and leads as needed
- Recommend continuous improvement solutions to enhance operational efficiency
- Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety, and housekeeping procedures
- Experience weighing and measuring raw materials
- Hands‑on experience with pipettes
- Experience with filtration and dilution processes
- Ability to work in a regulated/GMP environment
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High School Diploma or GED
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a regulated manufacturing or lab environment
- Associate’s degree in a scientific field
- Experience working in GMP, pharmaceutical, or medical device environments
