Position: Manufacturing Technician (Fri, Sat, SUN 6a-6p)

A-Line Staffing is now hiring Manufacturing Technicians (Weekend Shift) in Glencoe, MD 21152.

The Manufacturing Technician would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

Manufacturing Technician Compensation
  • $26.86 per hour
  • Benefits are available to full‑time employees after 90 days of employment
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full‑time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Manufacturing Technician Highlights
  • This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
  • The required availability for this position is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Overtime is required as needed
Manufacturing Technician Responsibilities
  • Manufacture and assemble clinical and commercial products using production equipment
  • Weigh, measure, and verify raw materials to ensure proper batch formulation
  • Perform in‑process testing to ensure products meet specifications
  • Support validation of processes and equipment related to filtration, cleaning, and sterilization
  • Prepare solutions, powders, and liquids according to batch requirements
  • Handle removal and disposal of waste chemicals, solvents, and acids
  • Assist with onboarding and training support for new employees or procedures
  • Support supervisors and leads as needed
  • Recommend continuous improvement solutions to enhance operational efficiency
  • Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety, and housekeeping procedures
Manufacturing Technician Requirements
  • Experience weighing and measuring raw materials
  • Hands‑on experience with pipettes
  • Experience with filtration and dilution processes
  • Ability to work in a regulated/GMP environment
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
Manufacturing Technician

Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a regulated manufacturing or lab environment
  • Associate’s degree in a scientific field
  • Experience working in GMP, pharmaceutical, or medical device environments
