Clean Room Associate I - Swing

• Assist with visual inspection, cleaning, packaging and labeling product according to customer specifications and company clean room procedures under general supervision.
• Operate automated blasting and cleaning lines, including loading parts into fixtures, selecting the correct program, and monitoring the process while parts run independently.
• Follow established Glove and Gown protocols for clean room duties, reporting any deviations to appropriate personnel to ensure product non‑contamination.
• Receive and stage product for manufacturing into the clean room following all procedures.
• Maintain cleaning tanks, walls, tables, and fixtures in the clean room following established procedures.
• Accurately complete required nonconformance reports to ensure accurate records.
• Enforce entrance procedures of all controlled areas to prevent contamination of product; report non‑conformance to appropriate personnel.
• Assist other clean room personnel in proper contamination control and seek to minimize contamination by adhering to established containment procedures.
• Handle and move parts throughout the shift; parts may be fragile and some may be heavy.
• Work at a steady, semi‑medium production pace while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Assist and/or perform in any and all areas as assigned.
• May work any and all shifts/days as required.

• Hours:
  
  Swing shift Monday–Friday, 2:00PM–10:00PM.
• Shift differential: $2.50 per hour.
• Training:
  Must attend one week orientation on day shift, but will train on swing shift after the first week.
• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent OR manufacturing experience in a clean room environment.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum six months related work experience, with prior clean room experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with automated or semi‑automated equipment is highly desirable; experience with manufacturing is a plus.

• Strong reading comprehension; must be able to read, understand, and strictly follow detailed work instructions, SOPs, and OMS documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, listening, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with a diverse variety of people from different cultures and backgrounds.
• Ability to stand for most of the shift and lift up to 50lbs.
