DESCRIPTION:

As a Manufacturing Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will guide and support teams to deliver excellence in a manufacturing environment. You'll support innovation and continuous improvement while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in producing scientific products. This role combines strategic leadership with operational management, overseeing production processes, quality control, and team development. You'll work across functions to optimize manufacturing efficiency, implement new technologies, and maintain regulatory compliance while contributing to our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.

Minimum Requirements:

* Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in manufacturing management, preferably in regulated environments (FDA, GMP, ISO). Preferred Fields of Study:
Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related technical field

* Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification preferred

* Demonstrated leadership ability in advancing operational excellence and continuous improvement

* Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory compliance requirements
