Our client, a leading organization in the medical device manufacturing industry, is seeking an Instrument Assembler to join their dedicated team. As an Instrument Assembler, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
  • Perform tasks involved in the fabrication, manufacture, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices.
  • Set up, operate, perform maintenance on, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.
  • Conduct quality inspections on processing lines in accordance with quality specifications.
  • Work within clearly defined SOPs and scientific methods, adhering to quality guidelines.
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.
What's Needed?
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • More than two years of manufacturing assembly experience.
  • Effective communication skills understandable by co-workers and supervisors.
  • Ability to read, write, interpret specifications, and perform basic math calculations.
  • Ability to use basic measurement tools, such as microscopes.
