Industrial Maintenance Technician

* ** Overview*
* A growing manufacturing operation is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support plant operations and ensure equipment reliability.

This role works closely with engineering and operations teams to maintain high-performance, automated production systems in a fast-paced environment.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Execute daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance schedules in coordination with plant leadership

+ Troubleshoot, repair, and replace mechanical components including bearings, conveyors, motors, pumps, and related equipment

+ Maintain and support continuous operation of automated production lines

+ Diagnose and resolve issues within complex industrial systems, including PLCs, drives, and control systems

+ Follow and uphold safety, quality, and compliance standards, including GMP, GFSI, and HARPC guidelines

+ Identify opportunities for process improvements to reduce downtime and improve system performance

+ Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and operations teams to support plant efficiency

** Qualifications*
* + 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

+ Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities

+ Experience working with automated systems and industrial controls (PLCs, drives)

+ Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed

+ Hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills

+ Effective communication and collaboration skills

** Schedule*
* + Night shift

+ 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule

+ Flexibility to work weekends as required

+ Weekend availability as needed

** Compensation & Benefits*
* + $35 - $45 hourly
