POSITION SUMMARY
Machine operators will set up and operate machines on the 1st and 2nd shifts to produce specialty corrugated boxes. These are full‑time positions that do not require the ability to work rotating shifts. Core schedule for 1st shift is Monday‑Thursday 5:00 am‑2:30 pm (includes 30‑minute unpaid lunch) and Friday 5:00 am‑9:00 am. Core schedule for 2nd shift is Monday‑Thursday 3:30 pm‑1:30 am. Overtime is occasional.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Ensure the safe operation of all machinery and adhere to all safety rules and initiatives.
- Oversee machine operations to ensure minimal downtime and excellent finished product quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues that happen.
- Maintain proper documentation and machine entries for each job.

- Basic knowledge of industrial machinery.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Team oriented approach.
- Ability to read a tape measure.
- Above average organizational skills and detail orientation.
- Ability to enter product specifications into the computers.
- Ability to handle physical workload, up to 50 pounds, standing for the majority of the shift.
- Strong troubleshooting experience.
- Basic math skills required (fractions, decimals, addition, subtraction, division, multiplication).

Starting pay range $21.00–$22.00 per hour with opportunity for overtime dependent upon business needs.
To be successful in these positions, you must be willing to make a commitment of time and effort to become part of a team producing quality corrugated boxes in a safe, drug‑free environment. Experience in operating manufacturing machines is a requirement.
