Lead the Future of Manufacturing with AI + Six Sigma. A leading U.S. manufacturer is building out its AI Center of Excellence to accelerate a bold vision: fully connected, data-driven operations where systems continuously optimize themselves. We’re hiring AI & Six Sigma Leads to sit directly inside plant operations and act as hands‑on transformation leaders — combining process improvement discipline with modern AI tools to drive measurable impact.

This is a high‑visibility leadership pipeline role with clear upward mobility.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma + AI/analytics
  • Partner with plant leadership to improve:
  • Uptime
  • Throughput
  • Quality
  • Cost efficiency
Apply advanced techniques such as:
  • Predictive analytics & machine learning
  • Digital twins & simulation
  • Statistical Process Control (SPC)
  • Identify and automate manual processes using modern tools (including LLMs like ChatGPT/Copilot)
  • Drive adoption of new systems and tools across plant teams
  • Build scalable solutions that can be rolled out across multiple locations
  • Train and mentor engineers and operators on new methodologies
What You Bring

4–10 years in:

  • Manufacturing engineering
  • Process engineering

Leadership
  • Experience leading projects or influencing cross‑functional teams
  • Ability to drive change on the plant floor
Technical/Analytical Mindset
  • Exposure to:
  • Data analytics / automation / AI tools
  • Familiarity with:
  • Python or technical tools (nice‑to‑have, not required)
What Makes This Role Unique

  • Leadership pipeline with strong internal growth trajectory
  • Work at the intersection of:
  • Manufacturing
  • Automation & Digital Transformation
Training & certification provided (Six Sigma + AI curriculum) Who This Role is Perfect For
