Location: Sparks Glencoe, MD (On-site)

Pay: $18.00/hour (W2)

Schedule: 1st Shift — Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM (40 hours/week)

Job Type: Temporary (approx. 3-month assignment)

We’re hiring a Machine Operator to support routine production and packaging operations in a manufacturing environment. This is a hands‑on role requiring strong attendance, comfort working in a team, and the ability to follow standard operating procedures.

• Perform routine production functions including filling, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting
• Maintain accurate records/logs in accordance with FDA
  , GMP
  , and ISO standards
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work under general/direct supervision
• Support team goals and rotate into different tasks/responsibilities as needed
• Work flexible and/or extended hours when required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of manufacturing experience
• Ability to read, write, and understand English specifications and perform basic math
• Reliable transportation to the worksite
• Must be able to pass a drug test
• Safety shoes required
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
