• Active NETA Certification with 5+ years of LV/MV electrical testing and maintenance experience
• Proficiency in core testing procedures, including insulation resistance, breaker timing, hi‑pot, relay testing, and thermographic surveys
• Working knowledge of NFPA 70E, NFPA 70B, NETA MTS, and NEC
• Experience leading field crews with direct responsibility for safety and work quality

• Hands‐on technical expertise with the confidence to serve as the authority on crew
• A sharp eye for deficiencies and the ability to document findings clearly for client delivery
• A safety‑first mindset with high standards for yourself and your team
• Comfort working in critical environments such as data centers, healthcare facilities, and industrial sites

Compensation ranges may vary based on individual experience. Final offers may differ from the posted range depending on a candidate’s skills, experience, qualifications, geographic location, and the specific role offered.

Compensation Range: $85,000 USD - $100,000 USD
