Monday – Friday

1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM (10% shift differential) Pay Rate: $20.00/hour (additional 10% shift differential for 2nd shift)

We are seeking detail-oriented Kit Assemblers to support production operations through hands-on assembly and preparation of product kits. This role is ideal for individuals who work well in a regulated environment, follow standard operating procedures, and take pride in accuracy and quality.

• Perform manual assembly and production tasks following established SOPs
• Prepare, verify, and stage materials prior to production start
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot basic production and assembly equipment
• Complete all production documentation accurately and on time
• Maintain product quality by following defined quality and safety standards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional activities
• Ensure ongoing compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements (ISO, FDA, OSHA)

• High school diploma or equivalent (1–3 years of related experience preferred; AA degree a plus)
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfort working with automated or semi-automated production equipment
• Basic computer skills for documentation and system use
• Willingness to learn and comply with FDA and cGMP practices

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Perform repetitive manual tasks in a production environment
