Hands‑on technician role supporting assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of complex instruments. Works closely with engineering to keep production running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble, test, and troubleshoot instruments
- Own process for assigned line (safety, quality, delivery, cost)
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and integrated systems
- Support engineering with testing, validation, and improvements
- Handle quality notifications, deviations, and rework
- Train operators on processes and troubleshooting
- Drive continuous improvement and process updates
- Maintain work instructions and documentation
- Perform root cause analysis and basic DOE work
- Follow GMP and safety standards
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong electromechanical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read drawings and schematics
- Experience with tools (oscilloscope, torque tools, gauges)
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
- Regulated environment experience
- Lean / CI exposure
- Experience with process improvements or quality investigations
